Eton Preaching preaching on the Day of Atonement

It has been a long time since we have updated our blog and we are very sorry for that. Things have been quite busy since we arrived back in Chicago, and since we don’t have Internet accesses at home, we have neglected to update it. Anyway, let’s bring you up to speed on all that the Lord is doing. Our time in North Carolina ended very well, and it was very hard to leave all of our new friends, knowing that we would probably never see most of them again this side of glory. However Revelation 7:9-12 is a sweet promise for us all to meditate and dwell on.
Rev. 7:9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
Right now we are in the midst of our missions conference here at Grace Church of DuPage (our home church). We have a number of missionaries home, and missions week tends to be the highlight of the year. Eton Kashtan put it well yesterday when he was referring to our missions video that kicked off the conference. He said, “watching that video of what God is doing throughout the whole world, and seeing people rejoice in our same God, is only but a foretaste of heaven. (Paraphrased)”
Anyway, we wanted to give you a brief update of what is going on thus far. God has been good, and we continue to trust him to provide for the rest of our support to come in. Please pray with us that God would continue to provide, and that he would use us wherever we are at. Thanks again to all of you who have been praying for us, God has used them all for his glory and our good!
