First Youth Staff Meeting!!

On September 11th we had our first youth staff meeting ever at Grace Church of Tirana. We are small, but we are excited. We pray that from this little group would one day explode with a new generation of believers who are passionate about God’s glory and proclaiming his name among their peers and to the ends of the earth! Pray for us a we embark on this journey together of discipleship, teaching and training young men and women in God’s Word so that by the power of the Holy Spirit their lives would be fully devoted to Jesus Christ. That they might count everything as loss compared to the surpassing worth of knowing Christ!

Who are they?

On the far right is Brian. Brian is our team leaders new assistant for the year. We will be blessed to have him serving along side of us this year. He will be here until next summer. We just met this week but he has a desire to work along side of us.

Next to him in the black shirt is Diana. Diana took the summer to pray about joining our staff, and for this we are grateful. She worked for OM for 4 ½ years traveling to 40 countries doing missions work! We are so excited to team up with her; she has much experience that the Albanian students can tap into

Next to Diana is Bruna. Bruna was saved through the ministry of our camps a year ago. She just graduated the university here in Tirana. She has two other sisters that are younger that are apart of our group. All three of them are a blessing to our group. Bruna understands many of the students in our group like no one else, she will bring much wisdom to the table, and right now she is blessing us by translating for Justin on Sunday mornings.

We are grateful and excited for these three. We trust that this is only the beginning. As you pray, pray that God would bring an Albanian man to work along side of Justin. Our desire in the long run is to be worked out of a job by the nationals. We believe that we can be most effective if Albanians are reaching Albanians.
